Christmas Break

It's finally Christmas break and things couldn't be going better. Got a bunch of gifts from the family but there was one in particular that I loved. A 50cc Moped! I woke up to find this beautiful moped sitting in my living room just waiting for me. It was probably the best gift I have ever recieved in my life. Looking at that moped literally put me into shock. It was one of the greatest things that has ever happened to me. This is a picture of the moped that I got for Christmas...

 

This 50cc Moped is my new means of transportation. No more cars for me for a while. I will be driving this baby all over town until it's a blizzard outside. A moped like this will be what saves me money on gas for the next year while times are tough and allows me to save my money for when I really need it for something important. Riding this moped all day yesterday really made me realize what a great vehicle this moped is and I highly recommend getting one at some point in your life to really experience the greatness of mopeds.

College Transportation

Today I had an 8:30 am final for Statistics. While arriving to the building which the final was being taken in, two kids happened to fly by me each on a 50cc Moped. When they finally came to a stop by the building, I walked over to the two of them to talk to them about these mopeds they were riding around campus. They went on to tell me that they each had a 50cc Moped since before they came to college. They told me how they used to right their mopeds all around town and use that as there main source of transportation over the summer since the weather was so nice and riding a moped is perfect for warm weather.

On campus, they use their mopeds to go to classes across campus but more importantly they use their mopeds to go off campus. Going out for food or supplies has been simplified with these mopeds. Other people struggle with getting rides off campus or taking a bus or train, but with a moped these two kids are able to go any where they want with these vehicles. Mopeds are an all around very useful vehicle for any type of person to be used year round.

Using Mopeds at College

When walking around my college campus, I get tired really easily and annoyed with walking all over campus. Walking around a huge campus with thousands of students, it can get congested and people get in your way when you are trying to get to class. One day while walking to class, I see this kid coming down the sidewalk on some vehicle. He was coming up on my with a lot of speed and I couldn't tell what he was riding on. As he approached me, I noticed he was on  a Moped. Once he stopped next to me at the street light, I got a chance to ask him about the vehicle. He said it was a 50cc Moped. He continued on telling me that the moped was great on gas and that you don't need to do anything to keep it maintained and ready to ride. It gets him from point A to point B in a matter of minutes or even seconds depending on the campus. Come on, this thing is a chick magnet. Seeing other college students riding mopeds around campus has got me interested in talking to some of the other kids around campus who have mopeds and get their opinions on mopeds.

Mopeds Around Town

I was just walking downtown and saw some kid fly by me on a 50cc Moped and the thing looked sick. I'm definitely going to look into buying one in the near future. There are many types of 50cc Mopeds to choose from. I have no idea what style moped I want to call my own. Seeing a vehicle like this out around town has really got me curious about this unique style of transportation. These mopeds are basically bikes with motors. Who likes peddaling nowadays anyways? I get tired of it all the time. With a vehicle like this, it gives you the opportunity to do both and that is what makes this vehicle so special. My first moped is going to be tricked out and having many different features to it. Some different things that I would add to my moped would include unique rims, paint jobs, and pegs. With all of these features it will allow me to bring another person while looking good all at the same time. This type of motorized vehicle is going to be the new style of transportation in the future and will be a more efficient ways to young kids to get around as well as older people.With an economy and environment like we have these days, a vehicle like this is inexpensive and gets great gas mileage. Having the advantage of pedaling also gives the driver a way to exercise while being able to power the vehicle. A 50cc moped is definitely a vehicle for the future.
